GE-Ctrls (the “Contractor”) offers comprehensive annual maintenance contracts (AMC) to its clients. As the Contractor, we shall maintain adequate stocks of necessary spares for ensuring minimal response time and maximum possible uptime of client systems.
Scope of Services under AMC:
Monthly review visit by the Contractor’s engineer to check the system. Visits to the site to attend any complaint or to render quarterly service during the month will be considered as a monthly review visit unless there is another complaint in the same month.
Quarterly preventive maintenance visits to maintain, adjust, calibrate and test the equipment.
Corrective maintenance visits to be carried out within 24 hours of a complaint being logged.
Repair/replacement of field equipment will be done within 72 hours of the fault being identified.
Repair/replacement of high-end equipment will be done within 7 to 10 working days.
Spare parts required for repair/replacement of equipment covered by the AMC would be the responsibility of the Contractor without any additional cost to the client.
Upgrades/modifications to firmware and software are not covered under the AMC and will be chargeable to the client.
Equipment damage on account of power surges, water damage and/or mishandling are not covered under the AMC and will be chargeable to the client.
FM-200 gas is excluded from the scope of our AMC. The gas shall be refilled at a pre-determined price per kilogram plus transportation charges. Refilled cylinders shall be returned within 20 days from the date of receipt of the client’s order.
Once the AMC is executed we shall prepare the maintenance visit schedule in consultation with the client’s maintenance staff and the same shall be adhered to.
For breakdown calls registered with us between 10:00AM and 12:00PM on a working day, our engineers will report to your site the same day.
For breakdown calls registered with us after 12:00 PM on a working day, our engineers may be deputed to your site on the same day depending upon their availability in the vicinity of your facility else they shall report to the facility on the following working day.
For breakdowns requiring rectification/change of field equipment, we shall require a resolution time of 3 working days from the time of identification of the fault in the client equipment.
In the event of the client being dissatisfied with the work undertaken by the Contractor under the AMC and can prove that the equipment is not being maintained properly as a result of the negligence or incompetence of the Contractor’s engineers, the client has the right to terminate the AMC by giving 90 days’ notice in writing to the Contractor and the Contractor shall pay the balance amount on a pro rata basis since 100% of the contract amount is paid in advance.
In the event of a default by the client in making payments and failing to fulfill their obligations satisfactorily, the Contractor has the right to terminate the AMC by giving 90 days’ notice in writing to the client.
